Portal AMS Update #5 – September 14, 2019
2019 has been an amazing year for Portal AMS and our partners. Months of in-the-trenches beta testing has given us an opportunity to fine tune the system to be the most user-friendly and accurate maintenance management system available today – with pricing that makes sense for operators of all sizes.
Portal AMS’s foundation is a thoroughly tested transactional “big-data” database that stores information on an unlimited amount of equipment usage and maintenance history, revenue metrics like meters & commissions and – with custom data fields – infinite other attributes.
There are currently modules for maintenance and service call management, mobile meter entry collections and commissions.
Technicians and collectors in the field can now log maintenance and meters from any web-connected mobile device – logging user engagement, machine usage, and revenue data. Portal AMS then provides access to data and reports to help manage revenue, optimize preventive maintenance & collection schedules, parts & inventory management, and equipment placement & purchasing.
We’re nowhere near done… In fact, we’re up to something HUGE.
