Portal AMS Update #4 – July 24, 2019

Based on user feedback from route operators & office admin staff we’ve made some exciting updates to make your life easier.

The bulk of the updates have been around providing a more comprehensive collection & commission experience by adding meter history reports & the ability to edit/correct meter readings.  Additionally, you now have the ability to email a paid commission receipt to your customer

Meter History Report & Edit/Correct Meters

From the collection edit screen you can now Edit or Correct any meter readings taken as part of that collection.  This gives you total flexibility to ensure your meters are accurate on every collection.

The Meter History report is available on any asset, giving you a complete report on every meter reading ever taken on a machine.

Editing a meter reading causes all revenue and commission to be recalculated.  Simple, accurate & effective!

When your collection & commission is properly set and you have paid the commission – you can easily email a pdf receipt directly to your customer.

As with all our modules, where possible we’ve given you the ability to directly import your prior data with the easy to use import templates.  Complex or “dirty” data is okay too… just send us what you’ve got and we’ll hygiene it and import it for you manually for no additional fees.


We continue to solicit feedback from our route operator users and are scheduling updates for more historical reporting, additional data points to track, and work on integrations with third party systems & hardware.

A significant focus now is on onboarding new customers and training & supporting existing users – helping to develop new process definitions for how best to use the system in a variety of route operation & collection methods.
